Once all tasks and actions related to the plan are completed and the plan is submitted, the resilience manager receives a new task in their Pending Tasks folder, prompting them to sign off on the plan and document lessons learned.
Clicking either the subject in the Pending Tasks folder or the button in the email opens the Sign-Off and Lessons Learned form. - Actions to Execute
This section displays all actions associated with the plan. Completed actions will show the actual RTO and RPO values, as reported by the action owner during execution. Each action will also display its date of completion for accurate tracking.
- Lessons Learned
This section allows users to document key insights and takeaways from the plan execution. It includes the following mandatory fields:
- Total Time to Recover (Hours): Enter the total duration required to complete the recovery process.
- Lessons Learned: Highlight key insights gained during plan execution, including successes and best practices.
- Improvements: Outline opportunities for refining future planning and execution efforts.
- Issues Experienced (Fail Points): Document any challenges encountered, including their root causes.
- Remediation Plan: Describe the steps required to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.
- Signing Off on the Plan
At the bottom of the form, users will find the Execute Plan Is Completed button. Clicking this button finalizes the plan, officially marking it as complete.
