The New Business Impact Analysis form allows authorized users to request a BIA for a specific business process.

Form Submission Requirements

To submit this form, users must complete the following fields:

  • Assign To: Select the user responsible for completing the BIA.

  • Process: Select the business process to be evaluated.

  1. Creation Date: A read-only field that automatically populates with the date the BIA request is created.
  2. Assign To: A single-select dropdown used to assign the user responsible for completing the BIA. It dynamically loads active users in the system.
  3. Process: A single-select dropdown for selecting the business process to be evaluated. It dynamically loads published processes from EPC.
    • When a process is selected, the following fields are automatically populated with the relevant details:
      • Process Owner: Displays the name of the individual accountable for the selected process, as defined in the RASCI-VS model.
      • Functional Responsibility: Displays the organizational unit accountable for the selected process, as defined in the RASCI-VS model.
      • Process Link: Provides direct access to the corresponding process in EPC.
      • Process Description: Displays a description of the selected process.
      • Flow Objects: Lists the flow objects (tasks, gateways, start and end events) associated with the process, offering insight into its sequence and structure.
      • Assets: Lists the assets associated with the process, outlining the tools, systems, materials, or other elements required for its execution.

  4. Submit Form: A button to submit the completed form.
