9.1.2.4. Non-Financial Impact

This tab allows users to assess the non-financial consequences of a complete service suspension on the process in question. It provides a structured framework for evaluating how various factors evolve over time and affect the organization.

1. Non-Financial Impact Over Time: The tab uses a grid format for indicating the non-financial impact of the disruption across different time intervals (e.g., 2 hours, 24 hours, 72 hours).
   • To assign an impact level to a specific class at a given time interval, click the corresponding cell in the grid. A dropdown menu will appear, allowing users to choose the level that best reflects the situation.
     

     • Non-Financial Impact Classes & Levels

       Class of Effects	Description
       Corporate Disorganisation or Decrease in Employee Satisfaction	Disruption of internal processes or decline in employee morale, leading to reduced productivity and engagement.
       Negative Evolution of Market Share	Loss of market share or decline in competitive position, leading to reduced customer base and sales.
       Negative Media Coverage, Loss of Image or Negative Brand Impact	Exposure to negative media coverage or damage to brand image, leading to a decline in public perception and reputation.
       Contractual Non-Compliance or Disclosure of Sensitive Information	Failure to meet contractual obligations or unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information, leading to legal and reputational consequences.
       Failure to Comply with Legal and Regulatory Obligations	Violation of legal or regulatory requirements, leading to potential fines, penalties, or loss of credibility.
