11.1.1.2. Plan Overview & Associations

This section provides an overview of the selected plan, displaying key details along with associated assets, documents, and plans.

!Execution Trigger: Click Trigger Related Plans to initiate the execution of plans associated with the selected plan.

1. Plan Overview: This section presents a high-level summary of the selected plan, including key fields from the Operational Plan section of the Define Plan form.

2. Document and Plan References: This section organizes key assets, documents, and plans into categorized grids for easy access and reference.
   • Assets: A grid displaying all critical assets covered by the plan, including the following details:
     • Asset Name
     • Associated Locations
     • Associated Departments
     • Priority Level
       

       **Assets are filtered based on sites selected in the Site dropdown.

   • Relevant Documents: A grid displaying documents relevant to the execution of the plan.
     

     **To view the document in EPC, click its hyperlink in the Documentation URL column.

   • Related Plans: A set of grids displaying operational plans associated with the selected plan.

     These related plans are organized into two grids based on the type of plan being executed:

     • For a Business Continuity Plan (BCP):
       • Related Disaster Recovery Plans
       • Related Crisis Management Plans
       
       
     • For a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP):
       • Related Business Continuity Plans
       • Related Crisis Management Plans
       
       
     • For a Crisis Management Plan (CMP):
       • Related Business Continuity Plans
       • Related Disaster Recovery Plans

     
     

     Plans that are directly linked to the selected plan or associated through another plan will automatically populate in the appropriate grid.

3. Trigger Related Plans: A button to initiate the execution of all related plans.
   • A confirmation label will appear, indicating that the related plans have been successfully triggered.
     
   • The initiator of the current plan will then receive tasks to oversee the completion of each related plan.
