9.1.2.5. Disaster Impact

This tab allows users to evaluate the potential consequences of various disaster scenarios on the process, helping prioritize disaster types that could have an impact.

1. Disaster Impact: The tab uses a grid format for indicating the impact of different disaster types on the process.
   • For each disaster type, users can indicate whether it has an impact and, if so, select the appropriate level of impact (e.g., High, Medium, Low) in the corresponding cell.

     Saving & Discarding Changes:

     • To save your selections, click the Save Changes button or click outside the grid.
     • To discard changes, click the Discard Changes button.
2. Comment: A field for adding comments related to the disaster impact.
   

   **This field functions similarly to a discussion board, enabling users to initiate and engage in collaborative discussions with stakeholders involved in the workflow.

3. Submit Form: A button to submit the completed form.
   

   *Users should ensure all tabs are fully completed and requirements are met before submission.
