9.1.2.3. Financial Impact

This tab allows users to assess the financial consequences of a complete service suspension on the process in question. It provides a clear framework to quantify financial loss over time, based on direct and indirect costs.

*Income loss should not be included in this assessment.

1. Financial Impact Over Time: The tab uses a grid format for indicating the financial impact of the disruption across different time intervals (e.g., 2 hours, 24 hours, 72 hours).
   • To assign an impact level for a specific time interval, click the corresponding cell in the grid. A dropdown menu will appear, allowing users to choose the level that best represents the estimated financial loss.
     

     • Financial Impact Levels

       Impact Level	Financial Loss
       Very Low	$0 to $49,000
       Low	$50,000 to $99,000
       Medium	$100,000 to $149,000
       High	$150,000 to $199,000
       Very High	$200,000 and above

       
       For example, if the estimated loss after 24 hours is $50,000, select Low from the dropdown menu for the 24-hour interval.

       Saving & Discarding Changes:

       • To save your selections, click the Save Changes button or click outside the grid.
       • To discard changes, click the Discard Changes button.
2. Comment: A field for adding comments related to the financial impact.
   

   **This field functions similarly to a discussion board, enabling users to initiate and engage in collaborative discussions with stakeholders involved in the workflow.

3. Submit Form: A button to submit the completed form.
   

   *Users should ensure all tabs are fully completed and requirements are met before submission.
