The Business Impact Analysis (BIA) section of the BCM application facilitates the creation, tracking, and management of BIAs.

A business impact analysis is the process used to evaluate the criticality of business activities and their associated resource needs, ensuring operational resilience and continuity during and after a disruption.

The BIA assesses the potential impact of disruptions on service delivery, identifies associated risks, and defines key recovery metrics, including Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs).
