Once related plans are triggered for execution, the resilience manager—the individual overseeing the primary operational plan—receives tasks in their Pending Tasks folder, prompting them to oversee each plan’s completion.

Clicking either the subject in the Pending Tasks folder or the button in the email opens the Check Completion of the Plan form. This form differs from the version used for the primary plan, as it combines two key functions:

  1. Plan Execution: Initiate all required tasks and actions for the related plan.
  1. Progress Tracking: Monitor the status of tasks, actions, and overall plan completion in real-time.

Essentially, this form merges the functionality of the Execute Plan and Check Completion forms used for the primary plan. For detailed guidance, refer to those corresponding sections in the manual.
