The first section is called ‘Profile’, like the previous section.
This section is internally divided into 3 main tables:

  1. Guest Type
Five “Guest Type” profiling levels are available.
These fields are not open, but the user has to select among the items available in the menu displayed by pressing the F9 key.
The set-up of the labels for the different types of guests, and the related items, is carried out by the business division. For more information see section Guest Type Basic Table.
The filling of this part of the profile enables the Management and the Sales to extrapolate a certain sample of guests necessary to carry out statistical analysis and e-Marketing activities.
We remind that the same five guest type profiling levels are proposed to the user also during the filling of the Public Security Form.
It would be ideal to consider these items (thus, also relating questions and answer options) on a survey questionnaire to be submitted to guests during the reception stage, to make it easier for users to gather information.
  1. Airline Company
For the exclusive use of records relating to guests who are airline companies employees. (This detail is available for some customisations of SCRIGNO only).
  1. Guest Profile
Users can choose one or more items among those available for profiling.
We remind that the set-up of the labels indicating the different types of profile, and the items associated, are the responsibility of the business division. For more information see section Guest Profile Basic Table.
The filling of this part of the profile enables the Management and Sales to extrapolate a certain sample of guests necessary to carry out statistical analysis and e-Marketing activities.
