1.5.8. GUEST TYPE Basic Table

The ‘GUEST TYPE’ basic table is undoubtedly one of the first parameters used by Scrigno for profile grouping and profile extracting operations; the table with the corresponding values is customisable according to the principal guest types.

Here is an example of configuration:

1. INSERTING A ‘GUEST TYPE’ ITEM

• Click button.

• Code field: enter an identification code for the guest type considered. The code cannot consist of more than 1 character, alphanumeric.

• * Description field:* briefly describe the guest type.

• Click the button to save the operation.

2. DELETING A ‘GUEST TYPE’ ITEM
   To delete a ’Guest Type’ item, it is necessary that the item has never been used before.

• Search for the code to delete.

• Select the record and click the button.

• Click the button to confirm the operation. If the system does not allow to save the operation, contact Gp Dati assistance service to evaluate the need to apply modifications.
