How to consult credit cards saved in the profiles
In guest profiles, in the “Passport” tab, are saved the details of the credit card (cc Data box); all users can save data but only enabled users can view them by clicking the ? button and specifying their own password, as shown in the picture below. If you need to view the details from a station that does not correspond to your own station, it will be possible to access with your own credentials.

How to consult credit cards saved in the reservation section
In both individual and group reservations, any user is allowed to insert credit card details;

For the next views and consultations, however, it is necessary to provide your own credentials in order to be enabled to view the details, by clicking the ? button and specifying your password, as shown in the picture below. If you need to view the details from a station that does not correspond to your own station, it will be possible to access with your own credentials.

After how much time of inactivity is a user disabled?
Except for customisations and/or specific requests, each user is automatically disabled 60 days after the last access to the System.

I am not able to access Scrigno: the message displayed is the following: ‘USER IN USE ON THE STATION NAMED AS…’.
The warning informs the user that his/her Username is currently being used on a different station. Thus, the user will not be able to access Scrigno until he/she logs out from the indicated station.

Why can’t a user, if he/she changes work station, use the same login already active on another computer?
This form of control is necessary in order to safeguard accesses to the system, and minimise the improper use of the other collaborators’ accounts.

I am not able to access Scrigno: the message displayed is the following: MAXIMUM NUMBER OF STATIONS REACHED’.
The warning informs the user that the maximum limit of concurrent active stations allowed by the hosting licence has been reached. The user will not be able to access until another user logs out from Scrigno.
