1.5.4. Guest Profile Basic Table

In the profile form of a guest, Scrigno provides business or marketing users with new fields to use for the profiling of their guests, freely customisable according to the objectives they mean to pursue.
Items included in the GUEST PROFILE table are displayed in this form:

Differently from the GUEST TYPE Basic Table case (equally useful to segment guests), in the segmentation form GUEST PROFILE of a profile, the user can select one or more items from the value list suggested.

1. INSERTING A PROFILING GROUP
   The profiling types of individual guests should be ‘labelled’, i.e. encoded and numbered by display order.

• Click the button indicated to insert data:
  

• At the end of the configuration, click the button indicated or press the F10 key on your keyboard to save the entered data.

2. INSERTING THE ITEMS TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH EACH PROFILING GROUP

• Click the button to list in the form below the different items to be displayed for each guest profile type. It is compulsory to specify code, description and display order in the list for each one.
  

• Click the button indicated or press the F10 key on your keyboard to save the setting.

3. DELETING A PROFILING GROUP

• To delete a guest profiling type, select the line and click the button.

• Save the operation by clicking the button or press the F10 key on your keyboard.
  

N.B. The operation will be successful only if the grouping does not include any item, and has never been used before.

If there are not any conditions for the complete elimination of the record, the logical deletion will be allowed anyway.
To carry out the logical deletion, it is sufficient to select the check box specified next to the profiling line.

• Save the modification by clicking the button.

4. DELETING AN ITEM ASSOCIATED WITH A PROFILING GROUP

• Click the button to delete a single item belonging to a specific group of guest profiling .

• Save the operation by clicking the button indicated or by pressing the F10 key on your keyboard.
  

N.B: The operation will be successful only of the item has never been used before.

If the item has already been used, the logical deletion will be allowed anyway.To carry out the logical deletion, it is sufficient to select the check box specified next to the item.

• Save the modification by clicking the button indicated.
