Out of Service Rooms

This tool is used when you want to signal that a room is not salable, in a more or less prolonged way.
When this status is assigned to a room, the room is deducted from the availability on Scrigno and from the concerned interfaces.

It is possible to define as out of service one single room, using the appropriate icon (Pen) at the top left of the toolbar, or proceed with the Multiple insertion: first of all it is necessary to indicate the period you want to manage (the final date is included), the fllor or From room to room and the reason why this room is out of order. By pressing the button on the side, the program will proceed with the massive insertion of the rooms.

For operational and statistical purposes, the reason for out of service can be considered in two ways:

• Commercialized: The statistics (for example the calculation of the Adr and the Revpar) are not affected by the change in the status of the room. It could be used to indicate a reason that can be resolved in a short time.
• De-commercialized: Statistics will be calculated only on rooms that do not have this status. Usually this type of reason is used when the room cannot be sold for a period of several days and for reasons that cannot be resolved in the short term.
