Guest Passport Form

The section of the Guest personal profile named ‘Passport’ is divided into 4 main areas.
The frames Birth and Document usually fill in automatically when the user, at the first Check-in of the Guest, fills in the Public Security form. The lower frames, Marital Status and CC Data, are filled in manually by the user if the details are available.
In particular, in compliance with specific PCI-DSS legislation on the protection of Credit Card data, we remind that, whereas all users are enabled to enter and record personal data (credit card), only the users enabled by the Management are allowed to view them (by clicking on the button ‘?’ and entering the password).
