In business profiles, there are customisable profiling fields in which the user can select more than one item among those available in the selection (Agencies/Companies Profile). The COMPANY PROFILE table reported here is an example of its configuration.

- INSERTING A PROFILING GROUP
The profiling types of individual guests should be ‘labelled’, i.e. encoded and numbered by display order.
- Click the button to insert data:
- At the end of the configuration, click the button or press the F10 key on your keyboard to save the entered data.
- INSERTING THE ITEMS TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH EACH PROFILING GROUP
It is compulsory to specify code, description and display order in the list for each one.
- Click the button or press the F10 key on your keyboard to save the setting.
- DELETING A PROFILING GROUP
- To delete a guest profiling type, select the line and click the button.
- Save the operation by clicking or press the F10 key on your keyboard.
N.B. The operation will be successful only if the grouping does not include any item, and has never been used before.
If there are not any conditions for the complete elimination of the record, the logical deletion will be allowed anyway.
To carry out the logical deletion, it is sufficient to select the check box specified next to the profiling line.
- Save the modification by clicking the button indicated.
- DELETING AN ITEM ASSOCIATED WITH A PROFILING GROUP
- Click the button indicated to delete a single item belonging to a specific group of guest profiling
- Save the operation by clicking the button or by pressing the F10 key on your keyboard.
N.B: The operation will be successful only of the item has never been used before.
If the item has already been used, the logical deletion will be allowed anyway.To carry out the logical deletion, it is sufficient to select the check box specified next to the item.
- Save the modification by clicking the button.
