At the end of the BLACKOUT, or when the connection is restored, Scrigno receives a configuration that warns that the LOCAL CHECKOUT is active and the user will not be able to access the FO menu.

Some operations are required to restore the ordinary work process:

From LOCAL CHECKOUT check that the icon is GREEN: this indicates that the data relating to the charges have been correctly transferred to Scrigno

Select the Ripristino Connessione icon to confirm to the system the intention to exit the LOCAL program and to unlock the accounts management programs in Scrigno. This icon is activated only when the line is restored

If you were to exit the LOCAL procedure by closing it with the X, you must log in again to confirm the restoration of the connection by answering “ripristina” to the message proposed

From Scrigno it will be necessary to conclude the pending activities that were not possible in the LOCAL.

Then it will be possible to manage the issue of accounts and definitively close the files whose courtesy documents have been delivered to the customer
