Scrigno automatic texts – MMail models

The texts used by Scrigno are texts in HTML, the same with which the WEB pages are written.

The basic models, also called ‘templates’, are created and enabled during installation by the GpDati consultant. They can be customized with logo, font, font size, header and layout.

The administrator user can subsequently work independently on these models, modify and / or create new templates and connect them to the Scrigno automatic text management procedures.

The configuration program is located in the “back office” part of Scrigno:

This tab lists all the models created, regardless of the selected hotel.
Each button in the column allows the change of order from ascending to descending or vice versa.
For each template it is possible to identify the ID code (Sequential), proper name and basic description.

This tab lists the ID codes of the models active with respect to the hotel selected for the automatic text recall procedures (Individual Reservations, Group Reservations, Suspended, Congress, Offers).
