The Scrigno Suite allows the user to divide guests according to different parameters, defined freely by Management. As the Profiles Archive of Scrigno includes two great categories, Individual Guests and Business Customers, there are profiling forms useful to both categories and profiling tables functional to just one of the two profile groups. (Example: The basic table including the items available for the field ‘VIP LEVEL’ is used only in reference to an individual guest profile form, and not to a form assigned to an agency or a company).
Based on these considerations, we have subdivided the chapter of this manual into three main sections, where you will find detailed proceedings for the customisation of the tables relating to Scrigno profile forms.
N.B. The modification of SCRIGNO setting parameters might have consequences on the operating and statistics obtainable from the programme.
