Voucher: operational tips

Operating

• Have you entered a deposit (taxed advance, issued invoice or commercial document) for a stay inserted in Scrigno and do you intend to keep the advance because you issue a voucher to the customer?
  Before canceling the reservation in Scrigno, unhook the deposit. The deposit remains active and you can link it to future bookings also for the following year.

• Have you entered an Earnest Money (non-taxed advance, no invoice or commercial document has been issued) for a stay in Scrigno and do you intend to keep the advance because you issue a voucher to the customer?
  Before canceling the reservation in Scrigno, release the deposit. The deposit remains so active and you can connect it to a future booking also for the following year. In this case, it is also suggested to tax the deposit with these operating methods:
  1) From the archive of Earnest Money, search for the deposit in question
  2) Press the RETURN button, enter the total amount of the Earnest Money and the same method of payment as the entry and confirmation movement (this deposit can therefore no longer be used).
  3) Enter now (possibly on the same day) an earnest money with the same amount, holder and method of payment and issue the invoice or commercial document. This new one may also be linked to future reservations for the following year.

Operating Tip (1):

Do you want to print a Voucher from Scigno to be sent to the customer against the advance payment received?
Before canceling the reservation, process an email choosing the type of “Voucher” model to be set in Scrigno (by contacting support or managing the sample models yourself in Italian or in English from the section for the the creation of new MMail models).

Set the Alarm field in the customer registry and
Impostare nell’anagrafica del cliente il campo Allarme and enter the deposit / Earnest Money references in the notes field. In this way, the alarm field will appear at the next booking entered in Scrigno with this registry:
