In the ‘Documents’ form, there are the following sub-forms and buttons:
- Documents
In this form, it is possible to file general documents such as word, pdf, excel in the Document Repository of Scrigno (DR), so all the enabled users can consult them.
- Attaching a New Document
By clicking this button, it is possible to save a specific document that is in your own PC in the DR of Scrigno.
- Opening the Document
By clicking this button, it is possible to display the document attached to the profile.
- Deleting the document
By clicking this button, the user can delete the document permanently both from the profile and the Document Repository.
- Bills Issued
In this form, it is possible to display the details of all the bills issued with the name of the selected guest, together with the relating printed PDFs.
