It is possible for end-users to define their own user-specific information via the ‘User Details’ option in the User Actions menu in the top right of the Web Platform.
It should be noted that much of this information is not used heavily through the Web Platform in the current release, with the exception of the user image which is propagated through the relevant Web Platform screens. However this may change in the future, so Basis Technologies do recommend users logging their contact information at a minimum.
