It is possible for Customers to create custom tabs on an ActiveControl Business Task. This is useful for customers with many customer fields, as it enables them put different fields onto different tabs to keep them seperated.
If custom tabs have been created within your organisation, they will be accessible via the Custom Data subscreen. If no custom tabs have been configured, the Custom Data subscreen will not be seen.
