Transport of Copies within ActiveControl are highly configurable, and will depend on your organisation’s own workflow setup of ActiveControl.
The typical process for Transport of Copies (TOCs) within an ActiveControl workflow is that the first TOC of an original unreleased transport is created automatically, and then subsequent TOCs to incorporate fixes are created either manually or automatically.
Within the Global View, it is possible to manually create Transport of Copies at the following levels:
- Full
- Delta
- Specific Task
- Production
The options that are seen will depend on the configuration that has been done by your local ActiveControl Administrators, as well as your assigned ActiveControl authorisations.
