The ActiveControl Domain Controller is the SAP system in which the ActiveControl software is installed, and where the majority of ActiveControl configuration and application data is stored.
All ActiveControl users will require a user account in this Domain Controller system with a valid email address in order to receive email notifications. Each user must also be assigned with the relevant ActiveControl authorisation role(s) to reflect their job function and the access they need to the various functionality within ActiveControl. This user account will typically be provided by your local SAP Securities & Authorisations team.
