A lot of data is stored within ActiveControl as part of typical operational usage.
ActiveControl includes an extensive suite of ALV (ABAP List Viewer) Reports that allow customers to perform operational and audit reporting whilst avoiding much of the typical manual effort and spreadsheets that would otherwise be needed to track and report on SAP change. Details of all of these reports – along with their typical persona usage – can be found in seperate Report matrix that is available from Basis Technologies on request.
The ActiveControl ALV reports can be accessed via the Reporting app tile in the ActiveControl Web Platform. The reports are split into four categories to make it easier for different user personas to know what reports are more likely to be required by them:
- Operational Reports
- Audit / Governance Reports
- Landscape Reports
- Merge Reports

Clicking on an individual Report will open up the selection screen for that particular Report in a seperate browser tab.
