ActiveControl offers more than 20 out-of-the-box ALV Reports to help with operational and audit reporting of SAP Change delivery.
In addition, two Activity Reports are also available to authorised users via the Activity Reports app tile.
- Transport Activity Report
- Business Task Activity Report
These reports offer ‘interactive online’ capabilties such as the ability to perform actions such as ‘Add to Control Point’ and ‘Add to Import Queue’. As such, these reports are particularly popular with SAP Basis teams as part of system rebuild and refresh activities.
There are no specific authorisation activities for the ActiveControl Activity Reports. As such, users with Y_TEIMPORT – ADDTOIMPORTQUEUE and/or Y_TEADMIN – ADDTOCONTROLPOINT will see the app tile and be able to access the Activity Reports.
