Locate Request provides a way of locating a particular Transport within the Global View. Notably, ActiveControl will take you to the transport in the particular location, which can be useful if you want to perform an action on an transport (eg Approval, Add to Import Queue), but do not know where it currently is in the workflow.
Similar to Search, Locate Request looks for the entered text string in several fields within ActiveControl:
1) Business Task Reference field
2) Business Task Subject field
3) Transport Number
4) Transport Description
5) Transport Form Long Description field
6) Transport Form Text Custom Fields
From the Results screen, clicking on the Transport will take you to it within the Global View. If the Transport Form is located in several parallel Targets, then the user will get the option to choose which location they want to be taken to.
