The following subscreens are seen as part of the Business Task screen:

Subscreen Description
General Core standard ActiveControl Business Task fields, plus any custom fields configured by the customer.
Custom Data Any custom tabs configured by the customer (to show custom fields not on the General screen).
Additional Data (optional screen) Business information field tab. Many customers do not use these fields (and the subscreen can be hidden).
Status & History (View-only) Top section shows the current status of the Business Task. Bottom section shows the Event History of the Business Task. Both sections will be empty during initial Business Task creation.
Transports Screen showing the Transport Forms (and Transports without Transport Forms) that have been added to the Business Task.
Testing Top section shows the Testing History of the Business Task. Bottom section allows Testers to be added at ‘All System’, ‘Specific Role’ or ‘Specific Target’ level.
Dependencies (optional screen) Allows customers to relate Business Tasks together (eg functional dependencies where two changes should be deployed at same time, even where there are no specific technical dependencies).
User Assignments (optional screen) Predominantly used by Customers using the Rules Engine approval consumer, where User Assignments can be used to drive Approvers within the ActiveControl workflow. Also can be used to drive Custom Notifications within ActiveControl.
Attachments (optional screen) Can be used to either upload or url link Attachments at a Business Task level.
Scheduling (optional screen) Can be used to forward schedule a Business Task to only be imported to production at a certain date/time in the future, even if it reaches the Import Queue before that date/time.
Comments Can be used during the delivery of an SAP change, to collaborate with other stakeholders involved in the Business Task.
