Within the ActiveControl Web Platform, users can Follow specific Business Tasks, Transports and SAP Objects.

This is aimed at making SAP users and stakeholders more self-sufficient and avoid the inevitable “Has this transport been imported?” or “Has that change been tested?” questions that often otherwise arise during the delivery of SAP Change.

When a user follows an item, they will see it within the ‘Followed Activity’ subscreen in the “Recent Activity” tile in the Web Platform. They can optionally also choose to receive email notifications when the event condition (ie Import, Approval etc) occurs.
