The Additional Data tab contains various standard business-orientated fields. These fields are not mandatory. This information is typically not used as part of the workflow process within ActiveControl, and many customers choose not to use some or all of these fields. If you do not see it, it likely means that your ActiveControl Administrator has hidden it via Feature Deactivation because this information is not required as part of your ActiveControl process.
