Other Actions

A lot of the Actions that can be performed within the individual Business Task and Transport Form apps can also be performed via the Global View.

This can be useful when en-masse actions need to be performed on multiple Business Tasks or Transport Forms. For example, to move a number of Transports back for re-import.

To keep the UI cleaner – some of the less frequently utilised Actions have been placed within an Other Actions button menu. Some of the Actions will only be seen in specific locations (ie Inbox/Outbox versus Test Queue versus Import Queue). Additionally, the Actions will only be seen if the individual user has the underlying authorisations to perform the Action.

The Other Actions seen when selecting Business Tasks or Transport Forms are as follows:

Business Task – Other Actions

• Lock / Unlock Business Task
• New Transport of Copies

Transport Form – Other Actions

• Delete Transport Form
• Release Transport
• Lock / Unlock Transport Form
• Forward Transport Form
• Add to Import Queue
• Add to Control Point
• New Transport of Copies
