ActiveControl offers various Integrations to allow easy bi-directional communication with other 3rd Party products such as ITSM, DevOps and Automated Testing tools.
Nowadays most Basis Technologies’ customers choose to integrate ActiveControl with their other existing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow or Azure DevOps. Doing this helps provide a more automated, seamless exchange of data between the various best-of-breed tools being used in the end-to-end process, and to avoid users having to maintain the same updates (eg status moves) in two places.
If an Integration has been setup as part of your organisation’s implementation of ActiveControl, you will be made aware of this as part of your initial training on ActiveControl.
