ActiveControl offers an automated SCC1 capability that can help distribute client dependent transports from their source client into other development clients. This can be useful to ensure all changes are synchronised into unit test (or other) clients in a Development SAP system to keep all clients consistent. The automated SCC1 capability is a global option configured by your local ActiveControl Administrator(s).
It is also possible for authorised users to perform a manual SCC1 action on client dependent transports.
This action is seen via the “Perform SCC1 Client Copy” option on an individual Transport Form.
Performing a successful manual SCC1 will result in a confirmation message “Transport has been copied succesfully”. If the SCC1 client copy is not possible, this will be indicated on screen.
