Inbox / Outboxes

Approvals (and Rejections) can be performed in Inboxes and Outboxes via the Global View.

The following buttons will be seen at the bottom of the screen when items are selected, depending on both the customer’s implementation of ActiveControl and the individual end users individual authorisations.

• Approve
• Reject
• Approve and Import
• Priority Approve
• Analyse
• Other Actions

All of the available functionality is similar to that available in the My Approvals app tile.
