It is possible to search for Projects, Business Tasks and Transport Forms via their respective app tiles. This is described in Searching a Project, Searching a Business Task and Searching a Transport sections of this User Guide.
In addition, it is also possible to search via the Search Bar at the top of the screen.
This Search currently searches for a string in the following ActiveControl fields:
1) Business Task Reference field
2) Business Task Subject field
3) Transport Number
4) Transport Description
5) Transport Form Long Description field
6) Transport Form Text Custom Fields
The Search function results screen shows a list of the Business Tasks that contain any of the above four entities. Authorised Approvers or Testers will be able to perform the associated Approval or Test from the Search Results screen. Similarly, Analysers can be run.
