A Priority Approve button will be seen within the Global View within Inboxes/Outboxes by any user that is configured as a Priority Approver.
Priority Approvers may approve changes into or out of any target. Additionally, when approving a selection of changes, they may choose to approve with priority, which means that the changes will not need to be approved into or out of any other targets, once the priority approval is given.
Priority Approvers is extremely powerful functionality within ActiveControl, as it essentially means that the automated analysis checks are bypassed and issues are potentially not highlighted. As a result, many customers choose not to implement the Priority Approvals capability.
