Introduction

When changing a supplier bank account details, the user now has the option to submit the change via a workflow approval process. This enhancement creates the workflow associated with this and the necessary supporting parameters.

Functionality


The workflow is triggered by the creation or edit of a supplier’s bank details (assuming the parameters are set to require a workflow)

Setup

Accounts payable > Setup > Accounts payable parameters > Supplier bank account approval

Accounts payable > Setup > Accounts payable parameters > Proposed supplier bank account


To create a new supplier bank accounts go to Purchase ledger > All suppliers > Filter and select a supplier > Click the Action Pane > Supplier > Setup > Bank Accounts

To enable this functionality you require to switch on the following feature via feature management

System administration > Workspaces > Feature Management > Select All tab > (evergreen) Supplier bank approvals feature
