Simplified adjustments

Overview

Simplified adjustments have been enhanced by the addition of control by the feature management functionality. In this release the labels have been changed on the parameters and invoice proposal screen and with reimplementation of the modify time functionality on the invoice proposal. New functionality has also been added to enable users to edit the sales price on the hour lines within the invoice proposal.

Feature management and parameters

The simplified adjustments functionality is now controlled within the feature management (Workspaces>Feature management). The feature is named (evergreen) simplified adjustments. The feature can be enabled using the Enable now or Schedule button

The enabling of the feature will bring up the parameters in in the invoice tab (Modules>Matter management and accounting>Setup>Matter management and accounting parameters). The parameters available for the functionality are the Grouped dimensions for adjustments, Activate grouped modify time, Activate writeup/write down, Activate update sales price and Activate modify time. The Administrator can select which adjustment types are available to the invoice proposal users.

Functionality

Edit sales price on invoice proposal screen
Editing of hour sales price directly on the invoice proposal has been introduced. The sales price can be changed on the hour tab of the invoice proposal transactions and input directly in the sales price column. The changes are recorded in the Invoice proposal history screen

Refactoring of the modify time functionality
Modify time has been refactored in this release to deal with deprecated code. The functionality is still through the hour tab of the invoice proposal transaction screen.
