Billing guide for anticipated disbursements

Anticipated transaction details are added in Billing guide report, where the disbursement and Anticipated details are separated. Below are the new added details in billing guide report

1. New Unbilled anticipated disbursements field added to Matter balances group
2. Anticipated disbursement details added in separate page, which details unbilled and Billed, unmatched sections for anticipated transactions.
