Enable matter/project risk assessment to Team member license users

Introduction:

Previously, users holding a Team member license had restricted access to only viewing risk assessment questions and answers on the matter screen. These users now have the capability to actively respond to the risk assessment questions as part of the matter onboarding process.

Risk Assessment Questions and Answers:

The risk assessment questions and answers can now be accessed via a newly introduced screen. To access this screen, navigate to the matter/project and then select Matter/project > Set up > Risk assessment.

This newly introduced form provides identical functionalities to the risk assessment section available on the matter/project screen.

Security Configuration:

To grant access to the risk assessment screen, please ensure that users have been assigned the following security privileges:

• View only permission: Matter/project risk assessment view
• Maintain permission: Matter/project risk assessment maintain

These privileges are utilized out-of-the-box by the “Inquire into matter./project master” and “Maintain matter/project master” duties, respectively.
