Unit billing: Missing link between timesheet and generated fee journal

In unit billing, a fee journal is created to represent the units to be billed. This process is automatic. A change has been made to ensure that the original time entry details are passed in to the fee journal e.g. activity, external narrative. With this information now populated, it will also appear on an invoice report.
