Add description to the category values within the extended main accounts customisation used within the BI

In the extended category group form, a new field, “Category value description,” has been introduced. This field allows users to provide descriptions for each category value, enhancing customisation options for clients.

Additionally, the category value description can now be viewed in the configuration settings for extended categories associated with main accounts.
