Automatically load HR number sequences when feature “(evergreen) Number sequence for Job ID” is enabled

Introduction:

This enhancement addresses the delay in accessing number sequences when the feature “(evergreen) Number sequence for Job ID” is enabled.
It ensures that HR number sequences are automatically loaded upon enabling the “(evergreen) Number sequence for Job ID” feature. Users will now experience immediate availability of the Job ID number sequence in the HR parameters screen without the need for additional steps.

Issue Resolved:

Previously, when the “(evergreen) Number sequence for Job ID” feature was enabled, users faced delays in accessing the number sequence on the HR parameters screen. This issue has been successfully resolved with the latest update.
