Enhancement to Hub Parameters
As part of this enhancement added further options to enable/disable additional functionalities such as Show my time recording tab, Show time app tab, Hub tabs sorting and renaming, Show my client tile, Show my expense approvals tile, Hub tile display value, Show power app tile.
Also, show search tab is moved to General section and enabling Time app options moved from separate tab to Tabs tab.

| Show my time recording tab | To enable the “My time recording” tab on Hub workspace. |
| Show search tab | To enable the “Search” tab on Hub workspace. |
| Show time app tab | To enable the “Time App” tab on Hub workspace. |
| Time app app id | Specify the time app app id. |
| Time app environment | Specify the Time app environment linked to the F&O |
| Time app url | Specify the Time app url to connect the Time app with D365 env |
| Hub tab sorting and renaming | This section allows to change display names and sort order of the tabs in Hub workspace |
Tiles tab
| Fields | Description |
| Show my Client tile | To enable the “My client tile” on Hub workspace. |
| Show my expense tile | To enable the “My expense report” tile on Hub workspace. |
| Show my invoice proposals | To enable the “My invoice proposals” tile on Hub workspace. |
| Responsible | Based on the selected responsible person system will show record in “My invoice proposals” tile under hub workspace |
| Show power app tile | To enable the “Power app” tile on Hub workspace. |
| Power App app id | Specify the power app id |
| Power app environment | Specify the power app environment link |
| Power app url | Specify the power app url |
| Power app form size | Select the option to specify the size of the form such as Small, Medium, Large and Full |
| Hub tile display value | This section allows to change display names for the tiles. |
My time recording
This tab provides similar experience of Time management workspace where user can record the time by selecting date in calendar in a simplified manner and also view summary of the time recorded.

Search tab
The enhanced Search tab allow users to search records for clients or matters. User can search matter or client records by providing search text.

Additional information under Most recently used matters
As part of this enhancement user can view additional information of simple matter budgeting details for the selected matter Id.

Time App
Time App tab will provide a direct access to a user to create or submit the timesheet from Time application.
Hub tab sorting and renaming
User has been provided with the option of defining their own tab order and naming conventions for the available tabs. The updated sort order and naming conventions will be reflected in the Hub workspace.
User can make changes under “Hub tab sorting and renaming” to sort the tab order using “up” and “down” arrow and rename the value in “Display value”. The updated tab order and naming of the tab will be reflected in the Hub workspace.

Note – For example after renaming the tab, it will be displayed as “My time recording Live” instead of “My time recording” in hub workspace. |
Hub tile display value and Newly added tiles
User has been provided with the option of defining their own naming conventions for the available tiles. The updated naming conventions will be reflected in the Hub workspace.
In Hub definition setup form > Hub parameters > Tiles tab > Hub tile display value tab

Whereas tiles, will give the following information

| My client tile | Displays list of client records for which hub user is the client relationship partner. |
| My expense report tile | Displays list of expense reports submitted by hub user and are in review status |
| My invoice proposals | This tile will show all invoice proposal with status Draft or In review based on the hub user who is also a responsible person as a Matter partner or matter fee earner or both for the matters. |
| Power App | This tile will open a form to provide a direct access to a user for a power app. |
