BI utilization performance
As part of this enhancement, a new parameter is introduced to control data population to the “PMIPUtilizationTypeTrans” and “PMIPTransactionGroupTrans” tables. When this parameter is marked data will be populated using periodic batch jobs. When the parameter is not marked the data will be populated as and when user posts the transactions.
Parameters
Matter Management and Accounting > Setup > Matter Management and Accounting Parameters > General > Enable utilization processing in UI

| Enable utilization processing in UI | By marking this parameter, data population in the BI tables will be on periodic intervals through batch jobs. |
Periodic job
Two periodic batch jobs introduced to to update the BI tables for the user posted timesheets, Matter journal and Matter forecast related transactions. These jobs can be executed manually or through recurrence.
