Introduction

In some countries there are certain diversity questions that you cannot ask legally to employees around diversity so this needs to parameterised and controlled by the HR team per legal entity (country)

Functionality

Human Resource Parameter – Not HR shared parameters
New tab created for Diversity monitoring

All the fields on the ‘My Diversity declaration’ need to have a Yes/No flag to be handled by the Human Resource system admin to control per legal entity / country

If yes – display on the Employee self service
If No – do not display on the Employee Self Service

This will then display / hide the fields in the ESS and also in the employee form (when we develop this)

Human Resources -> Setup -> Human Resources Parameters -> Diversity

Employee Self Service -> Edit personal information -> Diversity

Ability for HR employees to add configuration to Diversity fields

Human Resources > Setup > Diversity declaration
