Enable View-Only Access to Pending Vendor Invoice Detail for Team Member License Users

Introduction

With this improvement, users holding a Team Member license now have view-only access to detailed information for pending vendor invoices. This enhancement aims to provide a more comprehensive experience for all users, ensuring better collaboration and efficiency in managing pending vendor invoices.

Security Configuration:

In order to enable access to pending vendor invoice detail, a security privilege named “evergreen view supplier invoice” needs to be added to the required security roles. This privilege is also included out of the box with the duty “Inquire into supplier invoice status.”
