As part of the 10.0.24 release, FourVision HR plus has been deprecated in readiness for HR functionality to be available from Microsoft via feature management from 10.0.25 releases.

The functionality of deprecation are:

- Leave and absence
- Sickness Management and return to work
- Absence calendars
- Employee profile
- Duty station
- Extension to employment to include Type of contract and contract end date and Probation details
- Working time extensions for flexible working
- Salary management from Fourvision
- 9 Box Grid functionality
- Wage codes for Payroll
- Payroll interface
- Default working calendars
- Checklist tasks
- CC Hours on Course Management
- Family leave

As part of the deprecation the area we would suggest you reviewing is around personnel actions
- Hiring a worker
- Assigning a worker to a position
- Retiring a worker

In the human resources shared parameters if the following is selected as Yes for worker and position actions.

With the deprecation of FourVision and you want to continue to use worker actions then the following area needs to be amended ‘Personnel Actions Types’ via the setup in Human Resources Module

There are the following options:

1. Create new worker actions and link the standard personnel action type

- Hire a worker
- Create positions
- Modify positions
- Transfer a worker
- Terminate a worker
- Change fixed compensation

2. Ensure there are no worker actions or positions in the Human Resource Module, if they are some worker actions, these need to be deleted. Then you can go to the personnel actions type setup and the existing personnel action types you will be able to select the personnel action. Please ensure that you select the correct security roles for this action too.

The reason for this is that FourVision HR plus extended these worker actions and created their own which may have been used in a lot of the setup.
