The Long term storage records management feature allows to create, maintain records to be able to identify the location of packages that relate to a matter and that are to be stored offsite. User can view track the history of package movement during various stages of a matter.
User can create/update the package details and status updates against the matters from the Long term storage records management form. User should be able to see a list of packages that are in long term storage via the matter/client in which they relate to also be able to add new records for packages that are to go to long term storage.
As part of this feature development two new roles are added i.e., Long term storage records manager, View long term storage management to create/maintain records in the main forms. Also, Matter manager, Matter Supervisor and Matter assistant roles are added with additional duties to maintain/view records from client/matter level.
