Grade based cost prices

Introduction

This feature introduces “Grade” into the cost price grid. A user can create grades, assign it to resources and then define cost prices for the grade. This will mean that, when an hour journal is created, the cost price used will be that defined for the grade of the resource referenced in the hour journal.

Feature Management

Feature name: (evergreen) “Grade in hour cost price setup.”

Workspace >> Feature management >> Filter (evergreen) “Grade in hour cost price setup.”

Resource grade

In the resource grade form the user can define the grades which will be available in resource list and cost price hour form.

Resource List

In the resource list form the resource grade option has been added to the menu. This will allow the user to assign the grade to a resource for the respective period.

Cost Price (hour) screen

In the Cost price hour form, cost price can be defined using the new grade field. This can be used alongside the existing fields available in the form.
